Build with Zime
Zime captures your sales calls, scores them against your strategy, and links every insight to deals and accounts. The developer platform gives you two ways to put that data to work: a REST API for your own pipelines and warehouses, and an MCP connector that plugs Zime straight into AI assistants like Claude.
REST API
Pull call records, MEDDIC-style insights with evidence quotes, and full VTT transcripts over HTTPS. API key authentication, cursor-based pagination, and a 3-minute video walkthrough.

MCP Connector
Connect Zime to Claude in a few clicks. No API keys, no code: log in with your Zime account and ask about your calls, insights, and transcripts in plain language.

Drive Export Automation
Save every call to Google Drive as a structured Google Doc, summary plus full transcript, on a schedule. Powered by Claude Cowork Scheduled tasks with ready-to-use prompts.

What you can build
- Sync call activity and deal context into your data warehouse or BI stack on a schedule.
- Feed evidence-backed insights (budget discussions, objections, competitor mentions) into your own scoring or forecasting models.
- Run retrieval or analysis over full call transcripts with your in-house LLM tooling.
- Give every rep an AI assistant that answers questions like "what objections came up in my calls last week?" directly from live Zime data, via MCP.
Getting access
The REST API uses per-company API keys. Ask your Zime administrator or contact dev@zime.ai to get one. The MCP connector needs no key at all: each user signs in with their normal Zime account and sees exactly the data they would see in the Zime dashboard.
