Acceptance of Privacy Policy:
By accessing and using our services as a user outside the USA, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy and our data practices.
Data Subject Rights:
As a user outside the USA, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Information under the applicable laws of your region. While we strive to respect these rights to the extent required by law, please note that our ability to fully address specific legal requirements may be limited. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you in exercising your rights as permitted by applicable laws.

AI GOVERNANCE
We believe that trustworthy AI starts with responsible design. Our AI features are built to assist and not replace human decision-making, and we prioritize privacy, transparency, and control in everything we do. This section outlines how we govern our use of AI to align with applicable privacy laws and ethical AI standards.
Use of Trusted AI Models:
We use foundation models from reputable providers such as OpenAI, Gemini (Google), and Anthropic. These platforms are selected based on their track record in model safety and alignment, bias mitigation and regulatory compliance. We do not use unvetted open-source models or fine-tune models ourselves, minimizing risks related to governance and intellectual property.
Enterprise-Specific Intelligence:
Rather than relying on generic AI outputs, we build a custom knowledge layer using content provided by each customer (e.g., playbooks, product sheets, internal documentation). This ensures that all outputs are grounded in enterprise-approved sources, responses are relevant, accurate, and context-aware and the risk of hallucinations is significantly reduced.
Human Oversight and Quality Assurance:
We maintain a robust feedback loop to ensure reliability. During onboarding, 100% of AI insights are manually reviewed and post-onboarding, we sample AI outputs weekly for quality control. Users can flag issues directly in the UI and which are addressed within 3–4 business days. This helps us to continuously improve our systems based on real-world usage.
Privacy by Design:
We incorporate privacy safeguards at every stage of our AI lifecycle. Personal Information is processed only when necessary, and always with safeguards. Wherever possible, we use de-identified or synthetic data, and our systems are built to avoid generating or exposing Personal Information in outputs. We are also implementing automated redaction tools to remove sensitive data from responses.
Data Control and Security:
Access to AI systems is restricted via role-based permissions. All Personal Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. AI usage is monitored and logged to detect misuse or anomalies. Enterprise admins can control what data sources the AI can use and which types of questions are allowed.
Continuous Improvements and Ethical AI:
We are actively building explainability features, so users understand why an AI insight was generated, bias and fairness checks, to ensure outputs are consistent across roles, industries, and geographies and a structured AI governance framework, including internal tools, ethics oversight, and regulatory readiness.
Our Privacy-First Commitment:
Our mission is to help enterprise sales teams make better decisions using AI without compromising privacy, accuracy, or control. We are committed to evolving our governance practices as AI regulations and standards mature.
