1. Current Governance Measures in Place
Our current practices are designed to ensure data integrity, model reliability, and responsible use of generative AI:
a. Foundation Models with Built-in Governance
We exclusively use trusted and widely-adopted AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini (Google), and Anthropic. These models are selected for their proven track record in:
- Model alignment and safety
- Bias mitigation
- Regulatory compliance
🚫 We do not fine-tune models ourselves, nor do we use open-source or unvetted models that could introduce governance or IP risks.
b. Custom Knowledge Layer Based on Enterprise Data
Instead of generic AI outputs, we layer AI on top of a company-specific knowledge graph. This includes:
- Training the system on sales playbooks, product sheets, and internal documentation provided by the customer
- Ensuring outputs are grounded in trusted enterprise sources
This reduces hallucination risk and ensures contextual relevance.
c. Human QA and Continuous Feedback Loop
We have a dedicated QA team that ensures the reliability and accuracy of AI-generated insights:
- During onboarding, 100% of AI calls are reviewed manually
- Post-onboarding, a statistically significant % of calls are sampled weekly
- Every insight in our UI has a "report issue" feature; flagged issues are triaged and resolved within 3–4 business days

We are investing in a structured AI governance framework that scales with our customer base and risk exposure:

- Integrate user-visible rationales (why this insight was generated) for transparency

- Build internal tooling for distributional analysis across roles, industries, and geographies

Let enterprise admins configure:
- What sources AI can use
- Which types of questions are allowed/disallowed
- Whether certain teams get conservative vs. exploratory responses

Deploy metrics to monitor:
- Model hallucination likelihood
- Deviation from playbook guidance
- Usage spikes indicating abuse or unexpected behavior
