Business Development Representative (BDR) — Field & Events
Zime is building the vertical brain for enterprise revenue teams — encoding how the best reps actually win and replicating it across every call, rep, and deal. Clients include HP, Versa Networks, and SonicWall. 10x growth in 2025. 2x in JFM-26. 250%+ NRR.
You’ll be the person in the room. Working the Bay Area and West Coast on the ground — meeting prospects in person, running point at events and field activations, and turning a handshake into qualified pipeline. You’ll open conversations with senior revenue and GTM leaders, hold their attention, and earn the next meeting because you actually understood what they’re trying to fix.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in a BDR, SDR, or field sales role with a similar background and a track record of generating pipeline you can point to — not activity, outcomes — with primary SQL targets measured per month and quarter.
- AI-native. Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and CRM in your real workflow.
- You’ve worked with and can hold the attention of ICPs (CROs, VP of Sales, Head of Sales Ops/Enablement, Sales Director/Manager), explain a complex product simply, and earn the next meeting in the first conversation.
- Comfortable owning events end-to-end: pre-booking meetings, working a floor, and following up with discipline.
- Bay Area-based, willing to travel within the West Coast for in-person meetings and events, and authorized to work in the US.
Lead - PMM
The Lead Product Marketing Manager will help craft a compelling narrative, position Zime as an industry leader, and move markets in our favor. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution—this is your opportunity to drive impact at scale.
Some key responsibilities of the role:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute winning go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Zime’s platform and new product offerings, ensuring impactful launches that accelerate adoption and revenue.
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that resonates with multiple buyer personas, from CISOs to startup founders, turning complex information into engaging narratives.
- Sales Enablement: Build high-impact sales assets—decks, battle cards, case studies, competitive intelligence, and pitch narratives—that empower our revenue teams to win more deals.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Own deep competitive research, conduct primary market analysis, and drive category-defining insights that inform product and business strategy.
- Thought Leadership & Brand Elevation: Regularly develop data-backed content and storytelling that elevates Zime’s brand, making us a go-to authority in compliance automation.
- Customer-Centric Positioning: Partner with Customer Success to leverage real-world customer wins into marketing stories that reinforce our value and drive upsells, expansions, and advocacy.
- Cross-functional Impact: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to ensure cohesive execution across all marketing and GTM efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant PMM experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a track record of successfully launching products/features, sales enablement and influencing market direction.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to craft compelling narratives and simplify complex topics into clear, engaging messaging.
- A top-tier storyteller who can turn dry technical information into powerful marketing content that moves markets.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
Customer Strategist | AI CS
This is not a CSM role.
Enterprise sales teams are stuck. Reps are inconsistent. Strategies decay in transit from the CRO’s QBR to the call three weeks later. All incumbent AI tools tell you what happened. Nobody tells you why or actions to accelerate your deal.
Zime builds the vertical brain that closes that gap. We encode the enterprise tribal knowledge, GTM nuances and CRO's marching orders into the AI brain - identify behaviours that actually win deals and enable reps just in time.
The day a company leaves Gong, do they lose two years of institutional knowledge about how they sell? With Zime, the answer is no. The context graph belongs to the company, not the vendor. You’ll be the person who builds that for US enterprise accounts.
10x growth in 2025. 2x in JFM-26. 250% NRR. Clients include HP, Versa Networks, and SonicWall.
Requirements:
- You’ve been the person in the room, not behind it. You have a story about a senior client relationship you owned end-to-end and grew. Not one you supported.
- AI-native. You use Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or equivalent in your actual workflow, not aspirationally.
- You can hold a conversation with a CRO about revenue execution, pipeline quality, and behaviour change and earn their trust in the first meeting.
- 3-8 years in client-facing roles: consulting, solutions architecture, CS, or technical account management at a SaaS/AI company
- US-based, authorised to work in the US.
SDE 2 - Integration
We’re looking for an SDE-2 (Integration Pod) to build and own mission-critical integrations across CRM systems, call recording platforms, calendars, and third-party SaaS tools.
You’ll design scalable backend services, async data pipelines, and reliable integration frameworks that power real-time product workflows.
This is a high-ownership backend role focused on production-grade integrations, data sync systems, and enterprise-grade reliability.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of backend software engineering experience
- Strong backend development skills in Java (primary language)
- Hands-on experience building third-party or data integrations
- Experience integrating Call Recording, CRM, Calendar, or SaaS APIs
- Understanding of OAuth, SSO, and external auth integrations (integration usage, not auth platform building)
- Strong REST API design and production debugging skills
AI Product Manager
We're looking for an AI Product Manager to join our team in Bangalore. You'll own product strategy and execution for our AI-powered sales intelligence platform, translating customer needs into innovative AI solutions.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll shape what we build and how AI capabilities translate into user value.
What you'll do day-to-day
- Write detailed product specs and requirements for AI features
Review and test AI system outputs (prompts, LLM responses, insights quality) - Conduct customer calls and analyze feedback to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with AI Pod team on feature design and technical approaches
- Prioritize the backlog and make tradeoff decisions
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of product management experience with at least 1 year on AI/ML products
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and GenAI capabilities and limitations
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and GenAI capabilities and limitations
- Experience writing detailed, clear product specifications and technical requirements
- Deep customer empathy with hands-on experience conducting user research and translating insights
QA Engineer
We’re looking for a sharp, high-ownership QA Engineer who can help us move toward automation-first testing, while still driving strong manual testing where needed today. You’ll work closely with product and engineering to improve release confidence, catch issues early,
and build simple, scalable QA processes that support a fast-moving startup.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking like a user, breaking systems creatively, and building practical testing structure without slowing teams down.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of QA experience
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in test automation (primary focus)
- Own manual QA for web app releases: regression, smoke, exploratory, and edge-case testing
- Reproduce bugs reliably and write clear bug reports (steps, expected vs actual, severity, logs/screenshots)
AI Engineer
Zime AI is building an AI-native behaviour and revenue intelligence platform. Our systems power real-time AI
sales playbooks, conversation analysis, and workflow automation used by revenue teams at scale. We're looking
for an AI Engineer to join our AI Pod team in Bangalore. You'll own GenAI features end-to-end—from prompt
engineering to production deployment—working on systems that directly impact how sales teams close deals.
This is a builder role where your LLM expertise will shape product capabilities.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building production LLM applications and prompt engineering
- Working knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma) and embedding models
- Proficiency in Python with experience in FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks
Customer Strategist | AI CS
AI-first CS needs a new kind of person. Not traditional CSMs. Not account managers. Not support with a better title.
At Zime, CS owns the revenue outcome. You'll work with CROs and sales leaders at companies like HP, Versa, and SonicWall — get deep into how their teams sell, then architect custom AI playbooks that change how they execute. Every week. Every quarter.
10x growth in 2025. 2x in JFM-26. 333% NRR. We're building a 0.1% team.
Requirements:
- 2–4 yrs in consulting, client-facing solutions, or solution architecture
- AI solutions experience preferred
- Technical enough to understand product architecture — commercial enough to earn a CRO's trust
- Comfortable in ambiguity — startup speed energizes you, not scares you
