You have complex GTM workflows. Let us automate them.
Each one needs its own memory, skills, agents, triggers, and review gates. Build it yourself, with Zime, or with a partner.
Complex workflows still run on manual hours.
Take an SOW. It pulls from many places, moves through many steps, and needs a person and a judgment call at each one.
A skill does one task. A workflow like this needs all four, working together.
Five layers make one workflow
Zime provides the behaviors and the Harness. Everything else is built around them.
Agents run the steps. People approve the output.
Skills do the tasks, following the behaviors. Triggers start them.
What to do, when, and why. Your CRO strategy and tribal knowledge, encoded.
What the workflow remembers: brand, artifacts, quotes.
Your CRM, call recordings, and docs.
Every layer runs on it. It tests each change, releases one approved version, controls access, and keeps a record.
Your strategy, products, and models keep changing. The Harness tests each change and keeps every layer current.
Build it your way
Choose how much help you want.
Four paths, one package
Do it yourself, with Zime, with a partner, or done for you.
Zime or a partner joins your team
A forward-deployed engineer or partner works in your environment.
Start with one workflow
Prove it before you scale it.

Prove it before anyone relies on it.
Set a baseline
Measure the team before launch.
Evaluate every change
Failures show up here, not in a customer call.
Re-test after each update

One owner. One version. Always current.
The Harness releases only what has passed.
Name an owner
Each workflow has one accountable owner.
Approve each version
Only a tested version goes live.
Keep it current
Strategy and product changes follow the same path.
The first workflow sets up the foundation. Every later one reuses it.
Build it together.
Led by Zime, or by a partner you already work with.
Turn your method into a workflow your clients run.
Consultancies and agencies deliver complex sales workflows to their own clients on Zime.

Before you start
What is the difference between a skill and a workflow?
A skill does one task, like a prep note. A workflow connects many skills with behaviors, memory, agents, and triggers, so a whole process runs end to end.
What are the delivery paths?
Do it yourself, do it with you, co-implement with an engineer or partner, or have it done for you. Every path delivers the same governed package.
What do we bring?
Company knowledge, source material, examples of work you like, and people who can review the output.
Where do people use it?
In Zime, Claude, ChatGPT, or an app a partner builds, through MCP.
What is a proof of value?
A bounded test of one workflow on your live work. It sets a baseline, runs for about three weeks, and ends with a readout. You decide: go, revise, or stop.
Can it act without a person approving?
Only where your policy permits it. Review steps are part of the design.
Do we join the partner program first?
No. Bring a workflow first. The scoping conversation shows whether it fits.
How do fees and contracts work?
A partner can bundle Zime with delivery, or you can contract separately with Zime and the partner. Terms are agreed before work starts, and ongoing support is scoped separately.
