RFPs drafted from your tribal knowledge and deal context
Most RFP tools draft from documents and past answers. Zime drafts from what your SEs know and what this buyer raised. No more rewriting, and no answer library to update by hand.
The draft is right on paper. Wrong for the bid.
Your SEs know what the documents leave out.
The fix lives in your SEs’ heads, so it’s fixed again next RFP.

Before you book
How is this different from most RFP tools?
Most tools draft from your documents and past answers. Zime also uses the tribal knowledge your SEs carry, captured in your Behavior Graph, and the deal context from your sales calls.
Do we replace our current RFP tool?
Yes. Zime replaces it, and your existing answers carry over. Drafts come from your tribal knowledge and deal context, not an answer library you maintain by hand.
Why not use a general AI with our documents?
A general AI knows only what the documents say. It does not know what is ready to sell or which claims you dropped. Zime does, and shows where each answer came from.
Does it follow the buyer's template and rules?
Yes. Zime fills the buyer's own file, keeps its structure, and follows the buyer's rules, including the words they score you with. Everything else stays as sent.
Who reviews the answers?
Your SEs. You assign contributors and approvers in Zime, and a person approves every answer before it goes out.
What happens when Zime can't answer a question?
Zime sends the gap to a person instead of guessing. The answer your expert gives adds to your tribal knowledge.
