What teams ask

Before you book

What is in a prep note?

The deal context, the risk on the deal, the win condition, and two or three moves. Each move shows its source and its evals, and you can ask follow-up questions in Slack.

Why not just ask ChatGPT or Claude?

A general AI can summarize what happened. It does not know which behaviors win in your company. Zime sends the risk and the behaviors from your CRO strategy and tribal knowledge, tested on your won and lost deals.

Will reps feel monitored?

Reps stay in control. They can apply, adapt, or override any behavior. Unclear cases get human review, and missing evidence is never treated as proof a rep skipped the behavior.

When and where does it arrive?

The meeting starts it, and you set the timing: a day before, an hour before, or any time you choose. It arrives in Slack, Teams, email, your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), or through your own agents, including Claude and ChatGPT through MCP. During the call, Live Coach sends a short live prompt.

Where do the behaviors come from?

Your CRO strategy, your tribal knowledge, and what won in similar deals, encoded in the Behavior Graph. You start from 1,200+ behaviors.

How do we know the behaviors are right?

The Enterprise Sales Harness runs evals on every behavior before a seller sees it, including win-loss correlation.
