You rolled out AI for sales.
Reps still aren't adopting.
You send prep notes, you built the skills, the demos were great, and a month later the CRO asks what changed. If you can't see which reps run the winning behaviors on real calls, you can't drive them.
Sound familiar?
Which motion do you want reps to adopt this quarter?
Choose one. You will see all its winning behaviors next, with our top 3 recommended.
Winning behaviors for
Every behavior in this motion, battle tested across 10k+ deals. Our top 3 are checked to start. Pick up to 5 to measure.
The signals your calls get scored against
Uncheck any signal that doesn't apply. Edit any line; your edits go into the generated skill.
What you'll see, and what changes
The split above is illustrative. These two are not:
Your leaderboard will look like this
| Rep | Adopted | Coaching focus |
|---|
Illustrative preview with anonymized reps. Yours is generated from your team's real calls, inside Claude, on your data, visible only to you.
Where should we send your skill?
Your work email does two jobs: we email you the generated skill file, and its domain is how the skill tells your reps from prospects on calls.
If the download does not start (some sandboxed previews block it), use Copy skill content and save it as leaderboard-zime.md, then upload that file in Claude.
Three steps, about two minutes
Don't see Skills? Enable "Code execution and file creation" under Settings → Capabilities. On a company (Team/Enterprise) workspace, your admin has to enable Skills once.
Turn one leaderboard into a habit
When the run finishes, the skill offers a one click email of your leaderboard to support@zime.ai, a Zime human replies with rep specific action items for the gaps it found. You send it; nothing is shared until you do.
That leaderboard is a snapshot. Keeping adoption climbing, nudges before calls, manager visibility, continuous scoring, is what Zime does as a product.
