DevOps for RevOps

Put governed revenue behavior into production.

How does an enterprise AI team turn current CRO strategy into governed, deployable behavior; run it through existing models and agent frameworks; verify what copilots, agents, and sellers did; and connect execution telemetry to adoption and deal movement?

Technically live, behaviorally wrong: three checks pass, eight decisions are missing, and the agent recommends the wrong next moveAn agent can retrieve the right account, cite the latest call, and use the approved CRM, and still recommend the wrong next move, because nothing in the stack decides which CRO priority applies, which buyer role changes the approach, which competitor changes the proof, which behavior advances the stage, which evidence authorizes it, which action the agent may take on its own, how execution is verified, and what happens when strategy changes.TECHNICALLY LIVERetrieves the right accountCites the latest callUses the approved CRMWHAT THE STACK DOES NOT DECIDEWhich CRO priority applies now?Which buyer role changes the approach?Which competitor changes the proof?Which behavior advances this stage?Which evidence authorizes it?Which action may the agent take on its own?How will the system verify execution? What happens when strategy changes?Recommends the wrong next moveTechnically live. The short answer

What is DevOps for RevOps?

DevOps for RevOps is the production discipline for versioning, testing, approving, deploying, observing, improving, rolling back, and retiring revenue behavior. Its purpose is to preserve business intent and enterprise control as strategy, data, models, and workflows change.

Technically live, behaviorally wrong

An agent can retrieve the right account. It can cite the latest call. It can use the approved CRM. It can still recommend the wrong next move. Models, retrieval systems, and context graphs can reconstruct what happened. They do not decide which CRO priority applies, what behavior should happen next, or how much authority an agent should receive.

Summary

What should an engineering team take from this guide?

Context is necessary. Behavior needs a lifecycle.

Context is necessary. It is not enough.

Models and retrieval rebuild what happened. They do not decide what to do.

Revenue behavior needs a software lifecycle.

Version, test, approve, deploy, observe, roll back, retire.

The deployable unit is the motion, not the agent.

Authority expands only when evidence supports it.

This page separates Zime propositions from public product claims, official technical precedents, customer evidence, internal hypotheses, and open questions. Consequential claims include an Acceptance Test, so an engineering team can inspect the requirement, test procedure, pass condition, and fail condition rather than accept the assertion.

DiagnosisPart 1

Your agent can be technically live and behaviorally wrong

Enterprise AI developers have solved many hard problems. They can select a model, assemble an agent framework, connect tools, retrieve documents, secure credentials, trace calls, and ship workflows.

Revenue introduces a different failure mode.

An agent can retrieve the right account. It can cite the latest call. It can use the approved CRM. It can still recommend the wrong next move.

The question

What are the required inputs from a CRO's strategy for effective sales actions?

Key strategy inputsFailure modes
Which CRO priority applies now?Aligning actions to outdated or misaligned revenue goals.
Which buyer role changes the approach?Using generic messaging that misses role-specific pain points.
Which competitor changes the proof?Failing to position key differentiators against specific competitive threats.
Which behavior advances this stage?Executing irrelevant or ineffective next steps that stall the deal.
Which evidence authorizes that recommendation?Making unverified recommendations without required deal proof.
Which action may the agent take on its own?Overstepping autonomous boundaries or creating unnecessary friction with human review.
How will the system verify execution?Unobserved execution failure or false assumptions of task completion.
What happens when strategy changes?Continued execution of stale strategic logic across live deals.

Foundation models do not arrive with this authority. Agent frameworks do not define it. Retrieval systems can ground an answer in source material, but a source is not a decision policy. Zime calls this missing layer Behavioral AI for Sales Execution.

Acceptance Test 1: Strategy-sensitive output

Strategy
Requirement
A production-ready revenue agent needs governed behavioral judgment, not retrieval alone.
Test procedure
Present the same deal context to the current system after changing the governing strategy, buyer role, or competitor.
Pass condition
The output changes in the intended direction, cites the active authority, and preserves policy constraints.
Fails if
The answer stays generic, follows stale content, or cannot explain why one action outranks another.
DisciplinePart 2

DevOps for RevOps is a production discipline

Software teams learned that source code alone does not create a reliable service. They added version control, automated tests, approvals, deployment environments, observability, incident response, rollback, and continuous improvement.

Revenue strategy now needs the same operational discipline.

DevOps for RevOps is the production discipline for versioning, testing, approving, deploying, observing, improving, reusing, rolling back, and retiring the behavioral logic that governs revenue execution.

Precise, not decorative, the table below depicts nine production disciplines.

Software deliveryRevenue behavior delivery
Source codeStrategy-to-behavior logic
Package or serviceGoverned Deal Motion Package
Unit and integration testsBehavioral evaluations and scenario simulations
Pull request and approvalRevenue, risk, and platform approval
Environment promotionCopilot, semi-autonomous, and autonomous authority levels
Deployment telemetryGuidance, action, evidence, adoption, and deal-movement telemetry
Incident responseException handling and authority reduction
RollbackRestore the last approved motion version
Dependency maintenanceConnector, policy, model, content, and strategy updates

GitHub documents continuous integration as frequent changes tested before release. Its deployment environments support protection rules, approvals, delays, and branch restrictions. Those mechanisms establish the production pattern. Zime applies that discipline to the behavioral assets that govern revenue execution. GitHub continuous integration and deployment environments provide the software-delivery precedent.

This analogy has limits. Sellers and buyers are not deterministic services. Revenue outcomes have long causal chains. DevOps for RevOps therefore adds human judgment, explicit authority, behavioral evidence, and a separate business-proof gate.

Acceptance Test 2: Governed change lifecycle

Lifecycle
Requirement
Revenue behavior can operate through a governed lifecycle.
Test procedure
Change one approved strategy rule and trace its path through evaluation, approval, deployment, runtime, telemetry, and rollback.
Pass condition
Every state transition has an owner, version, timestamp, approval record, and observable runtime effect.
Fails if
The production change depends on an untracked prompt edit, an undocumented content refresh, or a manual field announcement.
PackagePart 3

The atomic deployable unit is a Governed Deal Motion Package

An agent is too broad to serve as the unit of revenue change. A prompt is too narrow. A document is passive. A workflow describes steps but often omits judgment, evidence, and authority.

A Governed Deal Motion Package is a versioned execution object for a specific selling situation. It carries enough information to decide, act, verify, and recover.

Governed Deal Motion Package: eleven parts, with authority highlightedA Governed Deal Motion Package has eleven parts: identity, trigger, strategy, behavior, context contract, evidence contract, authority, evaluations, telemetry, exceptions, and rollback. Authority sets what a seller, copilot, or agent may recommend, draft, execute, or escalate.01IDENTITY02TRIGGER03STRATEGY04BEHAVIOR05CONTEXTCONTRACT06EVIDENCECONTRACT07AUTHORITY08EVALUATIONS09TELEMETRY10EXCEPTIONS11ROLLBACKGOVERNED DEALMOTION PACKAGE

The table below lists the elements of a Governed Deal Motion Package.

ContractRequired content
IdentityPackage name, owner, version, status, effective date, and target motion
TriggerThe situation, event, stage, segment, persona, product, or competitor that activates the motion
StrategyThe current business priority and approved objective
BehaviorThe next-best action, conversation, sequence, or agent operation
Context contractRequired deal, account, buyer, product, call, and policy inputs
Evidence contractEvidence required before recommendation or action
AuthorityWhat a seller, copilot, or agent may recommend, draft, execute, or escalate
EvaluationsGolden scenarios, expected behavior, prohibited behavior, and pass thresholds
TelemetryInputs, recommendations, actions, user response, evidence, latency, cost, and outcome signals
ExceptionsMissing data, conflicting policy, low confidence, and human-review paths
RollbackPrior approved version, deactivation condition, and recovery owner

The package remains stable as the runtime changes. The enterprise may deliver it through Slack today, CRM tomorrow, and a custom agent later. The governed motion is the product of the delivery lifecycle.

Zime's public Deployable Capabilities page describes governed capability packages. Treat the contract above as the specification to request, and inspect the accepted schema before treating any field as implemented.

Acceptance Test 3: End-to-end intent integrity

Intent
Requirement
One motion can travel from strategy through runtime without losing its governing intent.
Test procedure
Select one package and inspect each artifact from source strategy to executed action.
Pass condition
The same versioned intent appears in the package, evaluation results, approval record, runtime trace, and execution evidence.
Fails if
The chain breaks between strategy and prompt, prompt and action, or action and verified execution.
ArchitecturePart 4

Zime architecture supplies the behavioral layer

Zime does not ask the enterprise to replace its models, agent frameworks, data platforms, identity systems, or release controls. It supplies a model-neutral and framework-neutral behavioral infrastructure layer.

What each layer does

The table below depicts the Zime behavioral infrastructure layer for managing sales execution.

LayerDescription
Behavior GraphRepresents the relationship between strategy, selling situations, buyer roles, products, competitors, evidence, behaviors, and observed results. It adds the governing judgment that a document graph or activity graph does not supply on its own.
ConnectorsBring customer-authorized CRM, call, content, calendar, messaging, and workflow context into the system. The enterprise decides what Zime may access.
Governed Deal Motion PackagesTurn graph-backed judgment into deployable revenue behavior.
MCP, APIs, and skillsExpose approved context and behavior to the enterprise's chosen agents and applications. The Model Context Protocol standardizes how AI applications connect to resources, prompts, and tools while preserving explicit control boundaries. MCP specification
Agents and workflow surfacesDeliver guidance or execute approved actions where people already work.
EvaluationsTest scenario coverage, behavioral accuracy, provenance, policy adherence, tool use, and regressions before authority expands. OpenAI's public guidance treats trace grading and agent evaluations as ways to assess decisions, tool calls, and workflow-level behavior. Agent evaluations and trace grading
TelemetryConnects each recommendation and action to its inputs, package version, authority level, evidence, user response, and downstream movement.

Zime publicly exposes REST and MCP access for call records, evidence-backed insights, transcripts, and in-house agents. It also states that its MCP layer can share deal context, buyer language, CRO strategy, and Winning Behaviors across agent workflows. Zime developer platform and MCPs for in-house agents

Acceptance Test 4: Model and runtime portability

Portability
Requirement
Zime can add governed behavior without forcing a model or framework replacement.
Test procedure
Run the same approved package through the enterprise's selected model and agent runtime.
Pass condition
The package contract, evaluation record, authority boundary, and telemetry remain intact across the integration.
Fails if
The motion works only inside an opaque Zime-only runtime or requires the enterprise to abandon its control plane.
ControlPart 5

Shared control is the operating model

Production responsibility should follow the control boundary.

Behavioral infrastructure

Zime

  • Behavior Graph schema and lifecycle
  • Mapping from strategy to situation-specific behavior
  • Connector behavior inside the authorized scope
  • Package structure, versioning, and registry logic
  • Behavioral evaluations and golden scenarios
  • MCP, skill, and agent interfaces supplied by Zime
  • Behavioral and adoption telemetry
  • Exception, rollback, and package-retirement mechanisms
Production boundary

Enterprise

  • Identity, access, and customer-owned data permissions
  • Production and production-adjacent environments
  • Security, privacy, risk, and legal approval
  • Model and agent-framework selection
  • Release approval and environment promotion
  • Tool credentials and action permissions
  • Agent authority by motion and risk class
  • Incident command and final deactivation rights
Agreed together

Shared

  • First motion and measurable success criteria
  • Ground-truth scenario set
  • Evidence required to pass each gate
  • Human-review and escalation path
  • Autonomy ladder
  • 21-day and 90-day measurement plans

This split preserves enterprise control while giving the behavioral layer a clear owner.

Acceptance Test 5: Enterprise control boundary

Control
Requirement
The enterprise retains control of production and agent authority.
Test procedure
Ask who can grant access, approve deployment, expand autonomy, revoke a tool, and deactivate a package.
Pass condition
Named enterprise roles hold each control, with Zime operating only inside the approved boundary.
Fails if
Zime can expand access or agent authority without an enterprise-controlled approval.
AuthorityPart 6

Authority expands through evidence

The question

What authority has this motion earned?

Authority ladder: copilot, semi-autonomous, autonomous, with evidence gates between levelsAuthority expands through evidence in three levels. Level 1, Copilot: the system recommends, explains, cites evidence, and drafts, and a person decides and acts. Level 2, Semi-autonomous: the system executes bounded steps after approval or inside narrow policy rules. Level 3, Autonomous: the system executes the approved motion within explicit limits and escalates exceptions. Evidence gates sit between levels.LEVEL 1CopilotA person decides and actsLEVEL 2Semi-autonomousBounded steps, after approvalor inside narrow policyLEVEL 3AutonomousThe approved motion, withinlimits. Exceptions escalate.EVIDENCEGATEEVIDENCEGATEAUTHORITY BELONGS TO THE PACKAGE, NOT THE AGENT
Figure. The authority ladder. Evidence gates sit between levels.
Level 1

Copilot

The system recommends, explains, cites evidence, and drafts. A person decides and acts.

Use when
  • The motion is new
  • The cost of error is high
  • Ground truth is incomplete
  • Users need to build trust
  • Policy requires a human decision
Level 2

Semi-autonomous

The system executes bounded steps after approval or inside narrow policy rules.

Use when
  • Evaluation performance is stable
  • The action is reversible
  • Required evidence is available
  • Approval latency creates measurable friction
  • Exception handling works
Level 3

Autonomous

The system executes the approved motion within explicit limits and escalates exceptions.

Use when
  • The action class is approved
  • False-positive and false-negative costs are understood
  • Runtime monitoring covers material failure modes
  • Rollback and deactivation have been exercised
  • Behavioral and business evidence supports expansion

Autonomy belongs to the package, not the brand name of the agent. One agent can hold different authority for different motions.

Acceptance Test 6: Granular, reversible authority

Authority
Requirement
Agent authority is granular, evidence-based, and reversible.
Test procedure
Promote one package from recommendation to bounded execution, then simulate a threshold breach.
Pass condition
The system expands only the approved permission and reduces authority automatically or through the named control path.
Fails if
Authority is all-or-nothing, global to the agent, or impossible to revoke without redeploying the entire system.
LifecyclePart 7

Lifecycle: version, test, approve, deploy, observe, improve

  1. Version

Record the source strategy, graph state, package definition, evaluation set, permissions, and effective date. Preserve history.

  2. Test

Run offline scenarios against real, authorized customer context. Test expected actions, prohibited actions, missing evidence, conflicting signals, stale strategy, and adversarial inputs.

  3. Approve

Require the appropriate revenue, platform, security, and risk approvals. Approval should bind to a specific package version and authority level.

  4. Deploy

Promote the package into an enterprise-controlled, production-adjacent environment. Connect customer-owned data and the intended workflow surface.

  5. Observe

Capture the complete decision path: package version, inputs, retrieved evidence, recommendation, tool calls, user response, executed action, exceptions, latency, cost, and downstream deal signals.

  6. Improve

    Separate three kinds of change:

    • Data change: fresher account, buyer, product, or call evidence
    • Behavior change: a better mapping from situation to action
    • Strategy change: a new business priority that requires approval

Do not let runtime feedback silently rewrite governing strategy. Propose updates, evaluate them, and approve them before release.

  7. Roll back or retire

Restore the last approved version when a new release fails. Retire a package when the motion ends, the strategy changes, or evidence shows that it no longer helps.

NIST's Generative AI Profile emphasizes defined roles, provenance, pre-deployment testing, post-deployment monitoring, incident response, and mechanisms to deactivate systems. These controls support the governance pattern for revenue agents. NIST AI 600-1

Acceptance Test 7: Regression detection and rollback

Recovery
Requirement
A motion update can be evaluated and recovered like a production change.
Test procedure
Introduce a controlled regression into a candidate package version.
Pass condition
Evaluation blocks promotion or runtime monitoring triggers the defined rollback path.
Fails if
The team discovers the regression only through anecdotal field complaints.
EvaluationPart 8

Evaluate the behavior, not only the model output

Model quality is one component of production quality. Revenue behavior requires a broader evaluation contract.

Before release

Pre-production evaluation

  • Trigger accuracy
  • Strategy-version accuracy
  • Buyer, product, competitor, and stage sensitivity
  • Next-best-action accuracy
  • Required-evidence coverage
  • Provenance and source freshness
  • Prohibited-action avoidance
  • Tool selection and argument correctness
  • Temporal coherence across a deal sequence
  • Escalation behavior
  • Latency and token cost
In production

Runtime evaluation

  • Recommendation delivery
  • Seller view and response
  • Acceptance, edit, rejection, and override
  • Action execution
  • Execution verification
  • Policy exceptions
  • Package-version drift
  • Model or connector regressions
  • Cost, latency, and availability
Over time

Behavioral and business evaluation

  • Adoption by eligible user and opportunity
  • Execution of the targeted behavior
  • Quality of execution
  • Buyer response
  • Deal-stage movement
  • Movement against a comparison cohort where feasible
  • Leading indicators before lagging revenue outcomes

Trace standards can describe model and agent operations. Zime's behavioral telemetry must add the business semantics: which motion governed the action, why it applied, whether a person or agent executed it, and what happened next.

Acceptance Test 8: End-to-end decision trace

Observability
Requirement
The enterprise can debug a revenue action from result back to governing intent.
Test procedure
Select a recommendation or agent action from runtime and reconstruct its full decision path.
Pass condition
The trace resolves to the package version, strategy, inputs, evidence, permission, execution result, and downstream signal.
Fails if
The trace stops at a model response or tool call without the behavioral authority that caused it.
Build or buyPart 9

Zime harness versus assembling the full AI stack

An enterprise can assemble every layer. The strategic question is where differentiation ends and lifecycle burden begins.

Frameworks such as LangGraph focus on orchestration, durable execution, persistence, and human-in-the-loop controls. GraphRAG systems focus on retrieval over structured knowledge. These are useful components. They do not remove the need to define, govern, evaluate, and maintain company-specific revenue behavior. LangGraph overview and Neo4j GraphRAG

Decision

Build when

  • Revenue behavior infrastructure is a durable source of product differentiation
  • The enterprise will fund continuous strategy and evaluation operations
  • The team has a strong internal ontology and behavioral ground truth
  • Connector, policy, and adoption maintenance fit the platform roadmap
Decision

Use the Zime harness when

  • The enterprise wants to keep its AI stack and control plane
  • Internal agents need current, company-specific revenue judgment
  • The team wants to prove one motion before expanding scope
  • Behavior, adoption, and deal movement must be observable
  • Lifecycle burden matters as much as initial build effort

Acceptance Test 9: Infrastructure burden reduction

Burden
Requirement
Zime reduces the amount of differentiated infrastructure the enterprise must build and maintain.
Test procedure
Compare the work breakdown for one production motion across the two architectures.
Pass condition
The comparison includes data, behavior elicitation, package schema, evaluations, approvals, telemetry, adoption, and ongoing maintenance, not only initial integration.
Fails if
Zime merely relocates the same work without supplying reusable behavioral assets or lifecycle controls.
Gate 1Part 10

Gate 1: prove production in 21 days

The 21-day proof answers a narrow question:

The question

Can one Governed Deal Motion Package run against customer-owned data in an enterprise-controlled, production-adjacent environment with evidence, evaluations, approvals, telemetry, and rollback?

It does not attempt to prove revenue causality in three weeks.

21-day production proof timeline: readiness, define and connect, evaluate, integrate and approve, deploy and prove, Gate 1 exitThe 21-day production proof runs in five stages: readiness before day 1, define and connect on days 1 to 5, evaluate on days 6 to 10, integrate and approve on days 11 to 15, and deploy and prove on days 16 to 21, ending at the Gate 1 exit criteria.21 DAYSBEFOREDAY 1READINESSDAYS 1 TO 5DEFINE ANDCONNECTDAYS 6 TO 10EVALUATEDAYS 11 TO 15INTEGRATE ANDAPPROVEDAYS 16 TO 21DEPLOY ANDPROVEGATE 1EXITCRITERIA

Gate 1 exit criteria

What must be observable on day 21

  • A named package version in the target environment
  • Authorized customer data flowing through the intended path
  • Required evaluations passing at the agreed thresholds
  • Enterprise approvals bound to the deployed version
  • Runtime traces with provenance and authority
  • At least one verified end-to-end behavior
  • A tested exception and rollback path
  • Documented ownership for ongoing operation

Acceptance Test 10: 21-day production deployment

Gate 1
Requirement
Zime can put one governed revenue motion into an enterprise-controlled runtime in 21 days.
Test procedure
Run the agreed proof plan with the customer's data and control plane.
Pass condition
Every exit criterion above is observable and accepted by the named enterprise owner.
Fails if
The result is a slide, synthetic demo, vendor-only sandbox, or ungoverned prompt that cannot be promoted.
Gate 2Part 11

Gate 2: prove behavior and business movement in 90 days

Production is necessary. It is not the business outcome.

The 90-day proof asks whether the deployed motion changes execution in a way that users trust and the business can observe.

Category 1

Prove adoption

  • Eligible users receive the motion in the intended workflow
  • Users view, accept, edit, reject, or override it
  • Repeated use persists after the novelty period
  • Managers can see where execution drifts
  • The experience reduces work instead of adding a new administrative burden
Category 2

Prove behavior

  • The targeted behavior occurs more often
  • Execution quality improves
  • Required evidence appears before action
  • Prohibited behavior declines
  • Variation between top performers and the broader team narrows where relevant
Category 3

Prove business movement

  • Buyers respond to the targeted action
  • Deals pass the intended stage or gate
  • The selected initiative shows movement against its baseline or comparison cohort
  • The enterprise records confounders and avoids unsupported causal claims
Gate 2 exit criteria

What must be set before the proof starts

  • An adoption threshold
  • A behavior-execution threshold
  • A quality threshold
  • A buyer-response or deal-movement indicator
  • An acceptable exception rate
  • A support and operating-cost envelope
  • The conditions for expanding users, motions, or autonomy

Acceptance Test 11: 90-day behavioral impact

Gate 2
Requirement
The deployed package changes observable behavior and creates measurable business movement.
Test procedure
Compare eligible opportunities and users against a defined baseline or cohort over 90 days.
Pass condition
Adoption, verified behavior, quality, and deal-movement measures pass the pre-agreed thresholds.
Fails if
The proof relies only on output volume, anecdotal enthusiasm, or a lagging revenue number with no traceable behavioral mechanism.
ObservabilityPart 12

What should be observable in production

Production questionFocus area
Which package version is active?Package versioning
Which strategy authorized it?Strategy authorization
Which data and evidence triggered it?Triggers and evidence
Which model and framework executed it?Model and framework architecture
Which tools did it call?Tool execution
What authority did it have?Authority boundaries
What did the user see or do?User interaction
Was the intended behavior executed?Behavioral execution
How was execution verified?Verification and telemetry
What did the buyer or deal do next?Buyer and deal movement
Did cost, latency, quality, or policy drift?Runtime performance and drift
Can we reduce authority, roll back, or retire it now?Lifecycle controls and recovery

If the system cannot answer these questions, it is not ready to govern revenue behavior.

PositioningPart 13

Where Zime fits

The category stack is simple:

LevelRole
Sales ExecutionThe market category
Behavioral AI for Sales ExecutionThe architectural class that turns strategy and judgment into observable behavior
DevOps for RevOpsThe production discipline for governing the lifecycle of that behavior
Zime enterprise harnessThe infrastructure that supplies and operates the behavioral layer inside enterprise controls
Governed Deal Motion PackageThe atomic deployable unit

This framing keeps the system honest. Zime does not claim to replace the entire AI stack. It supplies the proprietary behavioral core that the stack lacks.

Next stepPart 14

Start with one motion

Do not begin with an enterprise-wide agent transformation. Bring one motion where:

Is your motion ready?0 of 7 are true

Tick each condition that is true for your candidate motion.

Good first proofs often involve a discrete initiative such as competitive displacement, multi-threading, new-product adoption, deal qualification, partner execution, expansion, or renewal risk. The best choice depends on evidence availability and risk.

Book a working session to design the 21-day production proof

In the working session, Zime and your enterprise AI team will define:

  • The first Governed Deal Motion Package
  • The customer-owned data and environment boundary
  • The model, framework, and workflow integration
  • The package authority level
  • The golden and failure scenarios
  • The approval path
  • The runtime telemetry
  • The Gate 1 and Gate 2 success criteria

The output is a production-proof design, not a generic demo plan.

FAQPart 15

Frequently asked questions

Is DevOps for RevOps a product?

It is the production discipline described here. Zime's proposed contribution is the behavioral infrastructure and operating support within an agreed scope.

Must we replace our model or agent framework?

The proposed architecture preserves enterprise selection. Verify compatibility for your exact runtime and version before treating portability as established.

What is the deployable unit?

A Governed Deal Motion Package carries a defined behavior and its strategy, context, workflow, evaluations, and version ownership. For the selected motion, request explicit authority, telemetry, and recovery requirements in the accepted scope.

Who can authorize an agent action?

The enterprise's approved policy and named owners define that authority. A relevant retrieved document is not an authorization record.

What does a technical proof establish?

It targets technical acceptance of one scoped motion after readiness. The charter sets dates and acceptance criteria. Passing does not establish a live production rollout or revenue improvement.

When should we build the layer ourselves?

When its sustained operation is a strategic capability and the team can fund the domain expertise, tests, governance, and maintenance as well as initial integration.

Evidence boundary

This page separates public evidence from Zime's category thesis. Public Zime outcome metrics are identified as Zime-reported claims. The 21-day production proof and 90-day behavioral proof are proposed verification gates. They do not guarantee a customer result. Revenue causality requires a measurement design that accounts for cohort selection, timing, strategy change, seller behavior, buyer response, and other confounders.
