TL;DR
  • Zime Live Actions is now live on the HP AI PC, built with HP as part of the HP AI ISV Acceleration Program.
  • It’s a sales copilot that runs entirely on the rep’s laptop. One click starts it, and no bot joins the call.
  • SOS brings guidance from your playbook in about 10 to 15 seconds, and Ask answers questions mid-call in about 5 seconds.
  • Each deal keeps one on-device memory, so the next call starts where the last one ended.
  • Audio is never stored and never leaves the laptop, and transcripts stay on the device.
  • It works on Zoom, Meet, Teams and any call the laptop plays.

Zime Live Actions is now live on the HP AI PC. A sales copilot on every call, with no bot in the meeting and no audio leaving the laptop.

Every sales team already knows how it wins. The strategy is written down. The playbook exists. Your best reps have answered every pricing objection a hundred times.

The gap is timing. Most sales AI shows up after the call: a recording, a summary, a scorecard next week. The rep needed that help forty minutes earlier, with the buyer waiting for an answer.

Today we are launching Zime Live Actions on the HP AI PC, built with HP as part of the HP AI ISV Acceleration Program. It is a sales copilot that runs entirely on the rep's laptop and works during the call, not after it.

What does a rep see on a call?

One click starts the copilot, and no bot joins the meeting. It works the same on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and any call the laptop plays.

  • Live transcript. Both sides, labelled. The rep shows as YOU and each buyer as a numbered participant, about 20 seconds behind the conversation.
  • Live insights. Objections raised, buyer engagement and playbook coverage, refreshed every minute so the rep is never chasing the screen.
  • SOS. When a buyer raises an objection, one press brings guidance from your playbook in about 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Ask. Any question, mid call, answered in about 5 seconds from this call, earlier calls on the deal and the playbook.
  • Prompts. What did I miss? What should I ask next? Add a note without leaving the call.

How does strategy reach the conversation?

It is tracked live, on every call. The playbook ships inside the app as checkpoints, and the coverage card follows each one as the conversation moves.

SOS draws on the playbook's objection handling. A rep in their second month gets the same answer your best rep would give. In the beta build, Zime can publish an updated playbook centrally, and laptops pick it up within 6 hours, ready for the next call.

That changes playbook execution from something you recall in a review into something you measure on the call.

Does the next call remember the last one?

Yes. Each deal has one memory on the device. The next call starts with everything from the last, so a rep can ask what the CFO said about timing and get the answer from the earlier conversation.

Where does the call audio go?

Nowhere. Live Actions is private by design, which makes the security review short.

  • Speech to text and speaker separation run inside the app, on NVIDIA Parakeet and Streaming Sortformer models bundled with Zime.
  • Guidance, Ask, insights and deal memory run on HP's On Device Framework, with HP's on device language model, embedding model and vector store.
  • Audio is transcribed in short windows and discarded. It is never stored and never leaves the laptop.
  • Transcripts stay on the laptop as plain text, one file per call, and never sync to Zime.

In the beta build, Zime receives usage numbers, app versions and settings, and masked titles of low confidence objections. The transcript, deal names, questions and answers stay on the device.

Why run a sales copilot on the device?

Because in the moment means in seconds. Running on the HP AI PC removes the round trip to the cloud and the review cycle that comes with sending customer audio off the laptop. There is no bot to disclose and no new recording policy to write.

The beta build also adds a summary after every meeting, saved next to the transcript on the laptop. Reps who never open the live panel still get a notetaker that never joins the call.

GTM teams do not lack knowledge. They lack a way to get leadership strategy, winning behaviors and deal context into the conversation while it is happening. Live Actions is where Zime's execution layer reaches that moment.

What do you need to run it?

An HP AI PC running HP's On Device Framework. Live Actions was built and measured on the HP EliteBook X Flip G2i (Intel Core Ultra X7 358H, 32 GB). HP's on device models install with HP's ISV service, and Zime's speech models ship inside the app. A headset gives the cleanest transcript.
